Imagine this: You and your weight loss buddy have similar goals, and you're super motivated to begin your weight loss journey. You get into the office at 8AM, you finish work at 5PM, you take the bus home and are back at 6PM, and now you're looking to join an exercise class in Boston with your weight loss buddy.
